Making an old Farmhouse new again...

This family farmhouse was built by Ricky, his brothers Al and Leonard and his dad, Alfred, Sr. in 1960 when Ricky was just 10 years old.  The house has been completely renovated from top to bottom and is now being offered as a vacation rental.  I'm adding the finishing touches now, so more photos to come soon!

 

 The living room joins the dining room and kitchen is a partial open concept.

The new bathroom, finished in October, 2014 was completely gutted and renovated in farmhouse period style.  The only original things left are the bathroom mirror and it's stylish 1960 aqua green bath tub.

I'll be posting new photos in the next few weeks.  The farmhouse will be available for rental through VRBO beginning in January, 2015.
